And the answer IS...??

I've read blogs, newspaper articles, listened to the Radio, heard talk by the water cooler about Republican's and their damn piss-poor job they are doing in the War in Iraq, Education, Homeland Security, etc. and I have one question...

Can someone please tell me what the Democratic plan is for the War in Iraq, or Education or even Homeland Security?

All I hear is a bunch of moaning and groaning about the Republicans, but someone...Democrat...Liberal...I don't care...but someone step up to the plate and clarify what it is that the Democrats are going to do instead of complaining about the Republicans. You know, it's always easier to degrade someone else's plan, especially when you do not share YOUR plan.

OH, they could tell you...but that would mean they'd have to have one first.

First thing the Democrat party will do is get our troops out of Iraq because we have lost too many soldiers as is. This is not our war to try and win.

For Education, we need to make sure that our students are all given equal opportunities to learn, not to have a bias towards race, ethnicity, etc. Everyone needs an equal opportunity.

Homeland Security, I agree that we need to protect our borders but we have other issues that are more important such as health care, Education and pulling our troops out of Iraq.

Repugs make fun of the Cut-and-run, but it's what we need to do before this turns into another Vietnam for the U.S.

If we leave are more of our soldiers going to die in Iraq? I didn't think so.

We need to pump more money into our schools, there are many areas where money is laundered by Office-holding politicians. Best funded school systems have lower test scores because more and more people want to go to those schools. There you're getting the best of the best and the worst of the worst, so low test scores do not always tell the entire truth.

For the NEA, they will always be there for the Teachers, that's the plus, that a Teacher knows and realizes they have support when they do not receive support from Yahoo's like you.

Education is about learning, but too many people bring outside factors into it. They think because a person's black or white, or hispanic, or whatever, that this holds back or supports their learning. White Supremacy for the Repugs.

Clinton did more for this country than what you would ever want to admit, sounds like you're living in a fantasy world.

If everyone had your attitude we'd be flipping burgers saying, "would you like fries with that?"

Just wait until 2008 and we'll see who suffers from "defeatism". Kerrey, here we come!!!! P.S., before you correct me on my spelling, I meant Kerrey, all the Repugs reading this are probably too stupid to realize who he is. Let me give you a hint, Nebraska.

First off, by getting the hell out of Iraq, we will be able to save boohoogles of money plus boohoogles of lives! How much have we spent already for this movement in the Middle East? Enough that we could have put almost the entire Youth through school (Universities and Colleges included). But no, George W. Bush is worried about defending his “daddy’s honor”, trying to finish a job that George H.W. couldn’t finish.

So we take the money that we are saving from getting out of the war in Iraq and the next step is to start funding Education. With the money that we’ll actually be saving, we will be able to pay teachers more money and give more incentives for other teachers to do better in their profession.

As for Jails or Prisons, they are becoming overcrowded more and more each day. I think we really need to see what these “criminals” are in there for. I mean, building more prisons is not the answer. We as the taxpayer end up getting charged to flip the bill for the prison plus we get charged tax wise to pay for the prisoners.

I think there needs to be a balanced and fair process to get some of these people out of prisons. Some are there for petty reasons, others for huge reasons, but we need to re-evaluate what is happening.

There are many prisoners who could be good role-models now that they’ve been there and done prison or jail time. I can remember the program DARE in elementary school and we would have motivational people who had screwed up their lives and were living testaments to why you want to live a good life. Let these people be are examples for others, for youth, etc.

Meth problem, unfortunately you’re going to have a drug problem no matter what. It is simply inevitable. You cannot and will not be able to avoid it.

But to me, you sound like someone who is too full of themselves. Pretty easy to be cocky when there are few Democrats to stick up for eachother. I’ve read your posts, how about using something other than an insult, like say something intelligent for once.
