Dubya...Won't you be my NEIGHBOR?

Cindy Sheehan is back in the news...again. She recently purchased 5 acres of land in Crawford, Texas so she could be closer to President Bush. What is upsetting is that she bought this land with some of the insurance money she had received after her son, Casey, was killed in Iraq.

According to the "Gold Star Families for Peace" website, the group (who is led by Sheehan) will be going back to Crawford to protest the war in Iraq. Her intentions are to finally be able to meet with the President, in which she was unsuccessful a year ago.

According to a newsletter, Sheehan wrote, "We decided to buy property in Crawford to use until George's resignation or impeachment, which we all hope is soon for the sake of the world". Also in the newsletter she stated that she did not think there was a better way to use her son's insurance money than for peace.

If he were still a live, I am pretty positive that he would be embarassed. She has taken the Honor he had when he lost his life and has sacrificed it so she can be a Puppet for the Liberal media. She has not been able to realize that she has become a "Pawn" for the Liberal media to voice their outrage with Bush and his administration.

Sheehan is obviously a Liberal nutcase who has had her fifteen minutes of fame and is trying to get more. It all goes back to being envious and that Democrats hit on this human nature. Originally when her son died, I could understand her intentions to a certain point. However, going on 2 years since that fatal day...you have to begin to wonder how much this is about Cindy Sheehan and not a fallen soldier. She has become a fixture on the Liberal media news that it comes to a point were people just mute the television because it is the same ole, same ole.

Like I said, she is a Liberal nutcase. A puppet for the Liberal Media. And once again, the Liberal Media gives us the story that they want to give us.

Why do you make such a big deal about a proud parent who has lost a child? Lost a child for what? What cause? Is it about the War in Iraq or is it about Bush making money with his oil rigs?

If he does not feel guilty, how come he has not granted a visit to see her. Maybe she sees this as closure, but I see it as him being a coward. I think it's great that they bought the property, though I do disagree with lying to the original property owner. Now maybe Bush will be a man and not a dodger, would that be twice, yes it would be twice he's tried to dodge controversy.

Her son is dead, he cannot voice his opinions and she is here to do it for him. She has continued on with her efforts to spread the word, to promote peace in this world that is fucked up because of Right Wing Conservatives. Look at the direction the United States is going towards.

The Liberal media is there to make a "voice" for Sheehan, otherwise she would have never been heard. She would be just ANOTHER grieving loved one of a DEAD SOLDIER.

You keep on muting your television, but the rest of us will keep listening and keep rooting Cindy and the rest of the Gold Star Families for Peace group on. Eventually they will prevail.

I must say with your writing style and being unable to make sense, you truly show me your educational level. First, do you mean Clinton instead of Bush with Somalia?

You are right that Casey died a hero and his mom is showing her support so that another parent's child will not die for this War of Greed.

You call her views Psychotic, but what about Jerry Falwell and the Rightwing nuts? Your point being? You probably support Falwell and his nutty Rightwing views.

If the families actually respect having loved ones lost, why is the failures of Bush's administration coming to a head? Who outnumbers who?

As for me having the media wrong: are you truly as stupid as you sound? The media is there for news but has been revolutionized to add personal touches. Let me guess, you think Fox News is unbiased. If you answer back and say "No" then you really have a weak argument. 5 W's? I only counted 4, again this reflects your intelligence level.

Lastly, proving your extreme "intellectual" skills you have listed the same book twice. Perhaps one is of smaller word usage for people like yourself?

You have proved nothing but come on here and try to insult my intelligence, my dignity, etc. You should be worried about yourself before you're worried about me.

"I come at you with points and you rip apart my Intellect" Let me clarify, I read your "points" and then realized your intellect.

At no point in time did I write that "Bush never met her". I simply stated he needs to grant her a visit. As for the Fox News, I knew you were going to come back with something along those lines and reading back through my previous post, you further proved my point that your argument is weak.

You say that I cannot see past my "blatant bias to see the truth" but maybe you can get past yours and write in a manner without such strong emotions, opinions and assumptions. I too was educated in a public school and was taught when you ASSUME you make an ASS out of U and ME.

Reading your writing style proves to me that you are an unhappy individual who must feel inferior or you would not try and demean others who disagree with you.

Anyone with common sense could easily see that you are the one with USELESS RANTS, and you say that "unless you have been to war you cannot talk about how these people feel", let me apologize. I did not realize Cooks frying chicken nuggets was considered "serving in combat".

What do I love the most about Liberals? Let me count the ways. First off you have given us information based on how you "feel" and "think". In case you have not read other blogs on this site, I do not care what you think or feel, we want you to back it up with facts. How you feel does not constitute fact.

At no point in time did Cranky nor I ever say that Fox News was not biased, it is a given that the media outlets have come to represent their targeted audience. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, they target the Democrats/Liberals and Fox News targets Republicans. All of the media outlets want to appeal to the masses and so you will have distorted facts and figures from both sides.

These discussions are about politics, religion, etc. and EVERYONE has strong emotions or opinions in regards to the issues at hand, if you write something be prepared to be attacked.

For your last comment, I personally know Cranky and he DID more for this Country than what you did...I'm willing to bet.

"Right" on Diego,

Feeding the real fighting men helped the war effort.

Why if they didn't get a balanced diet, their trigger fingers might wilt.

Cranky, is probably like every old man sitting on the park bench. He walked to school in the snow, up hill (both ways)and now tells incredible stories.

Not every veteran is a hero. I'm sure his job was something between cook and hospital services.

I see that when your argument becomes more and more weaker, your posts become shorter and shorter. Exactly which movie did you get those rankings from?

You talk about wanting facts but all you give is idiotic rants about upbringing, being a self-righteous ass, etc.

Judging from your posts, you have a weak argument, low mentality and only have the ability to give insults in an attempt to take the attention away from your exploited argument.

It is funny that the Right-wing nutcases accuse liberals of doing exactly what you are doing. Sounds like the pot calling the kettle black.

Lots of sons (and husbands and brothers) die every day. It hurts, and I know how Cindy Sheehan hurts. But let me tell you what hurts more--her done died honorably. Try having a son who was killed in cold blood while sitting in his own living room. No suspects, no motive, no real investigation, no parent to take care of 3 kids. You don't see me and my family out there trying to speak for the families of all murder victims, or blaming S&W or Bush. You deal with your grief and you pick up the pieces and move on. You don't forget, but you move on.

Cindy (and the "Jersey Girls", too) is having trouble dealing with her own grief and is allowing it to be turned into anger and focusing it on Bush. She needs to pick up the pieces of her life and move on.

If she wants to blames someone, W is not the one. Blame Sadaam. Blame Clinton. Heck, even blame Bush 41 if you want. Blame France, Germany & Russia. Blame the UN and Kofi. Bush had this situation dropped in his lap when he took office. Bush did not create the situation in Iraq, he inherited it.

Casey Sheehan did die a hero, and his mother should be proud. Instead she is discrediting his service and the selfless decision that he made when he chose to serve his country. Thank you to him, CrankyRight, and anyone else who has preserved my freedom.

Um, this Cindy Sheehan posting has been quite interesting. It's sad in the fact that her son died, and she is grieving over and over everyday..because, as a mother, myself, I cannot imagine the horror of losing a child. Your grief would never end. However, we can rant OR rave about how Cindy is handling her emotions. Some deal with grief by getting angry for awhile, and then they have peace way down the road. Maybe that is her way? I DO admire her tenacity to keep her issue going, BECAUSE it is what she believes in, although many will dog her for it. I admire all of the troops that are working hard to keep us safe. I admire anyone willing to go to fight for our safety and freedom. I have several friends right now, over in Iraq. I pray for their safety daily, and will grieve if they don't come home. However, somehow we must all find common ground, common bonds with each other, and let the hatred go.
